My uncle came into the restaurant I work at with his lover. I had to serve them and had no idea who this woman was until he pulled me aside and confessed it to me. He begged me to not tell my aunt (my moms sister). Keeping this from her is killing me.

Did he know you work there? If so, he knew that there was a risk of being caught. I would tell him he needs to come clean because its unfair to put you in the middle of it. Are you close with your aunt? If you have the kind of relationship that you can talk about this sort of thing, if your uncle chickens out might be worth telling her.

Aunt is mom's sister so her husband is not blood related to you. I'm more inclined to be loyal to blood relatives than strangers who marry into the family. Also, I'm guessing you must be male because you don't seem to feel much solidarity toward the female victim in this situation.
