Too much sex

I lost my virginity a few years before I turned 30. I started having more sex after that, but lately it's been too strenuous and I'm taking a break from it. My drive has been kind of low and I feel that I need to recuperate and rejuvenate.

You lost your virginity way late.
Considering most lose it in their mid teens I don't think you should be taking any breaks. You've got a lot of sexual maturing to do.
