Welcome! You're now one of us....so far that consists of you and I! I always look at and count how many people are on their phones while on transit. When I'm on the street I don't move too much for people who have their head down walking. Not my problem if you aren't watching where you're going. I'm not your guardian angel. I hate when people text me when I'm out doing something. I'm busy, piss off. I am one of the most disconnected smart phone users in this city. I use my phone for some things that help me out but I don't over indulge. I've been like this for years. Heck, I received my iPhone X Monday morning and it's still in the box. I'm going to open it up tonight or tomorrow and play around with it. It's my first upgrade in 5 years. Learn to disconnect is my advice to everyone.

And so is my boyfriend. I must admit it can be frustrating when one of us gets stuck in traffic or is late for whatever reason and we can’t touch base but in the grand scheme it’s great. I don’t have FB either. It’s very freeing. Also I have to point out that I don’t care when people are on their phones on the bus. What else are you going to do? Back in the day, everyone read the paper.

Heelarius. Reminds me of watching gentlemen on the bus back in the day crisply folding the Globe & Mail in neat precise halves length-wise page by page like an act on Ed Sullivan or something. At least now its still more dazzle. Not sure just how to go about showing off on one of these. If I remember correctly typing class wasn't considered so sexy
