Enjoy being North of 49°!
Here I have friends and family who support the Conservatives, friends who support Trudeau, friends who usually vote Green but I am socialist and usually support the social democratic NDP.
All of the friendships are solid.
Visiting friends in San Francisco, one finds oneself consigned to"The Trump Train" if you dare offer a critique that offends the Clintons and Obamas.
We also have Republican friends there - who are appalled with Trump but are still Republican.
Of the Southern group, the Big D Bubble friends are wavering but the Big R Bubble friends are still solid. There is at least dialogue and no self delusion with them.
