Liability

I wouldn't take a partner of another belief system different from my own. It's an automatic disqualification.

I imagine many of the mealy mouth brigade will condemn this way of thinking.

In reality, it saves a lot of arguments.

Why so many thumbs down? I feel the same. It doesn't make sense for a non-believer to date a heavily religious person for instance. I personally would rather save myself the arguments because guaranteed there will be some big ones. And it will be over everything from daily routine to lifestyle and even to raising kids if people want to have them. Sorry, but love can't overcome that. No thanks, I'll save myself the trouble and foreseeable misery.

The point is to find a compatible partner, isn't it?

Yours is the right one? You sound ignorant.

The one that holds the belief is to say what belief is the right one for them. It certainly isn't you that gets to say for another person. That's ignorant.
