Yes! I was going to post a confession about this too. It drives me crazy when people install those headlights. Its usually people with SUV's and other large vehicles who do this. I was driving home the other day and the car coming towards me was blinding me with those headlights. They also blind you when they tailgate you or park right behind you at a red light. I'm usually a mellow person, but this sort of thing gives me road rage. I want to get out of my car sometimes and tell off these dipshits so bad...

They are stock on new cars, stop flashing your high beams at me.
Maybe you shouldn't drive at night if you can not adjust to light technology.
