TEAM

If you commit to something and other people are counting on you to do it, is it really so much to expect that you actually do it? Show up on time. Show up at all. Put some effort in. If you're struggling, practice, and ask for help if you need it. Put the time in, or don't commit in the first place. We are a team. It is physically impossible for me to do everyone's part. I'm trying to help everyone else prepare, but when the time comes, I can only do my role. And like they say, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. I'm the one with a freakin' disability. I'm the one who has to work harder than other people to get to the same place. So why am I still waiting for everyone else to catch up when it's pretty much too late? At this point, I pretty much just want to say, I'm out, let's not bother. But that's not fair to the few people who have shown up week after week, who have put the effort in.
