Thick Girl Problems

I’m 5’4 and 200lbs. I carry it in the right places. Have a pretty face and sexy eyes. I get attention from the boys and the girls but I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin so how can I get down totally naked ever again? Time to give up food I guess.

the first step to solving a problem is determining if it's a problem at all. If you carry weight in all the right places, have a pretty face and sexy eyes and get attention from people, why would you think you need to change anything? The only unattractive thing I read were the things at the end about being uncomfortable and giving up food.

and there are a number of articles out about short-term intermittent fasting.
I've lost around 13 lbs... without exercising...
I'm going to start exercising and see if it doubles or even just ups it a bit.
Work on being happy being you in the meantime, eh?!

200 lbs at 5'4 isn't 'thick'. maybe 150 lbs would be.

Feeling weird and awkward is sometimes just because you don't see other people who look like you. Go search the internet for other chicks that share your body type don't be afraid to copy some poses and take some selfies (for yourself only!). Seeing someone that looks like you can be liberating and reassuring that there is NOTHING WRONG with you. Be proud :).
I agree with derpp

I am 5'3" and you are double my weight. I am a normal size. I am very small but healthy and not too skinny at all. I'm sorry girl but you're only a few pounds shy of morbid obesity. I looked it up! If you are uncomfortable with it then you gotta do something or you won't be happy and you'll just gain more weight as you age. Eat the right foods (lots of fruit/veg, less fat/animal products) and move around more. Being that large, you'll find the weight drops off pretty quickly. You might hit a plateau but don't restrict calories, just eat mostly vegan (or all vegan if you can) and your body will find it's natural weight. You could healthily lose about 80-90 lbs. it should take about a year, maybe longer but you'll feel so much better!! Time to do this for yourself!

a BMI over 30 is obese. 5'4" @ 200 lbs is 34.3. 35 is generally considered morbidly obese.
