I grew up in an era before computers, technology, social media, etc. Today I was looking at a nice sky at sunset and I remembered what we used to spend a lot of time doing when there was nothing else to do, which was to look out the window. There was actually quite a lot to take in, a feeling of being close to nature and outdoors and a sense of peacefulness and contemplation. I think I'm going to take more time to look out the window and less time on my screens.
