I’m not sure if I should make efforts spending time with my team. We are all so different in age, interests, temperament, sociability. The other departments at work all seem to get along but our group just doesn’t gel easily. I find myself conflicted whether I should endure the awkward conversations and make time for them, or just give up because it feels unnatural. So do keep making efforts or consider us too strange a motley crew?
