New workout routine
posted February 23rd, 2018 at 10:25 AM
I have thought about it for a while-- and there will not be any atkins, keto, vegan or other weird diets.
My gym routine will, instead, change. I will eat the part of a chicken that reflects the body-part that I worked out for each day of the week. I cannot wait until it is a chicken-legs day.
I suspect that this routine will actually work quite well, contrary to what naysayers may think.

It would be difficult to find a day to be eating chicken breasts. Also, while the head of the chicken may not be that easy or tasty to eat, I suspect that the corresponding part on your body needs a rigorous workout, too -- maybe even more than the rest of your body.
Hahahaha!

Vegan isn't a 'diet'.

Diets are useless. Well, these 'scientific' diets are useless. Use your own brain and figure out what works for you.

Are you going to eat chicken butts? Gross. Nothing worse than a guy with a flat, flabby butt.

Are you kidding me? That's part of the chicken-leg, and that guy will be ripped. I know him. He bikes all over the place. Rock-hard butt. *pinches it*

It's very easy to anger vegans apparently.

People with religio-psychotic disorders (dietary restrictions, "compassion", etc.) often have co-morbid conduct disorders as well.
