If people at work knew I was working on the salary spreadsheet today (the one where I recommend to the boss whether people should get raises or not), they'd be much better behaved. I'd count five people I'd fire on the spot today if there weren't financial repercussions. Geez.

Small people with power. One in every office. Usually it has to do with body image insecurities but obviously that isn't ALWAYS the case.
