Confusion

So if Cardi B is Latin, why does she drop N bombs like it's going out of style?

eh? She's Afro-Latina.... you do know you can be black and latinx at the same time, right?

She shouldn't.

As a NBPOC (non black person of colour) we are not permitted to use the language of other marginalized groups. We must lead our own civil rights revolutions instead of using the coat tails of another race's movement to gain cred. It is anti-black behaviour.

But! I'm pretty glad a sex worker who escaped domestic violence born to immigrants is getting an opportunity to make some money. I wish she would change her use of this problematic language.

Listing what race you aren't instead of what race you are is the stupidest thing I've seen all day. I cringe at the thought of you existing in society. Sincerely, a NBP*

Bombs Away!

What's good for one, is good for all. That's fair. What's good for all, doesn't have to be good for one. That's freedom. I am fully opposed to mind and speech control. Let all the bombs drop from where they may.

@She Shouldn't is my post and I'm wrong.

I posted that she shouldn't without looking up that she is afro-latina so I'd like to say that I spoke out of turn in this case. Thank you to @SuperShy1 for bringing facts while I brought an uninformed stance.

It’s relevent to the post. They probably don’t identify that way on a regular basis. It literally took me 1 second to understand that.

Apparently the idea of applying common sense to what you were reading was lost on you.
