No money in Vancouver

I moved to the arctic, 6 figures double my expected income in Vancouver working 11 months... took 4 months off in my first year, yea but Vancouver is so great. #1 In Americanisms

There’s plenty of money to be made in Vancouver. If you’re a money launderer, drug dealer, real estate agent, and luxury car dealer, the sky is the limit.

In Northern Canada, food prices are 3x what Vancouverites would pay. As in $17 for a bottle of ketchup, one Campbell’s mushroom soup can at $5 and a 4L jug of Sunny Delight at $35. Three bags of groceries would cost $300+. So you might make six figures, but you’re not being honest about the cost of living in the Arctic. When you were in the Arctic, did you ever have an apple or orange, or just canned fruit cocktail?? Fess up!
