I assume you are joking. North Korea has intercontinental nuclear missiles. That was their goal all along. They developed the weapon, tested them to prove to the world they were a real threat. Then when their test facilities were destroyed and their point made, they announce time for peace.

The South Korean President didn't say Trump deserves the Nobel prize, he said he can have it, Korea will just take peace.
