Show women to be wrong in most everything.
They think 80% of men are below average in looks,and 90% of women above average in looks when it's all a bell curve. Men rate on the bell curve.
They think almost all men are unemployed drug addicts,but Stats Can shows 96% of men are employed and only 2% do drugs.
Was an interview of a dating agency here in Vancity owned by a woman,and her hardest challenge was in convincing her female clients they will never find the man (over 6',owns houses,mid 6 figure income,etc etc etc) they all want.
Women will very rarely date a guy that makes less than them and even less marry him,men receiving alimony from women is only 2% of all divorces. I could go on and on with more example.
Take all this above,and everywhere (especially here) you'll hear the statement " i don't care what a man looks like or how much he makes" but the reality proves otherwise.
Watch what they do, don't listen to what they say........

This is true. I remember an old crush from highschool. We were friends for a long time, I remember once I had exercised a bunch, lost weight, and we were talking about people we found attractive, and she said "yeah, a guy has to have abs---you don't have abs, do you?" I wasn't offended that she had standards, but, I mean, by this point she'd had several boyfriends, at least two of which abused her physically, but they had abs, you know, so they're superior to me.

So, I mean, is she really making good decisions? Two guys she had semi-serious months/years long relationships with who physically abused her, but they had abs. Me, well, she'd known me a long time, we got along, shared interests, but I was juuust out of her "ideal shape" class, so no dice. Again, not saying this is wrong, people can have standards, but I think an honest discussion about whether women make reasonable mating choices, or if it is a vicious cycle of mating with good-looking assholes, so that their children can compete with good-looking assholes, I dunno. I can see that as a sort of "it makes sense," but I am skeptical it's that well thought-out.

It's that guys like me, for these women (not saying it's all women) are fine to be friends, and I value friendship with women and men, but it sort of sucks that they're willing to be _more than friends_ for long periods of time with guys who treat them like shit...but they have abs!

Apparently you don't know too many women over 40 if you think they're all hags who have to settle for someone as bitter and misogynistic as you come across with this ridiculous comment. Most women over 40 in this town are gorgeous, fit, successful, and quite content to live their lives on their own if they can't find a partner who brings as much to the table as they do. Really burns your cheese, doens't it?
