I hate fake eyelashes (there, I said it)

Why do women wear these? You need to glue shit onto your face to feel acceptable? You can’t leave the house without your face wigs?? I look over beside me in the lineup and a woman has these 1” long falsies. It looks phony, it’s beyond obvious and it’s some adherence (pun intended) to a look that I just don’t get. Seriously, go natural and lose the glue. You will look so much better, and will be free of this artificial garbage.

You’re right bud. Been saying that forever. I hate fake eyelashes as much as you do. Anything artificial on a woman is unsexy. I won’t give them the time of day. Sad really....some fake women have potential. I want to tell them but that won’t go over well from a stranger

They are not glued on. All the women in my office get the false lashes attached at the salon and you go every 3 weeks to get new fillers. It does look strange, especially the higher numbered lashes. There are a few types...

What's the problem with chicks doing their thing? You sound like you're just starting to understand that your youth is deserting you, and you're shitting yourself.

But they have to match..

Those giant, dark, painted/drawn on eyebrows looming over them.

Cool

I don't dress up for you. I do it because I like it.

You probably only notice those who don't do it well without realizing that many other women who look "natural" to you do it too. Many women spend hours trying to achieve a "natural looking" make-up. When you think of fake women you probably think of someone like Pamela Anderson but what about hipster dream chick like Zooey Deschanel? Did you notice the layers of false lashes, and thick hair extensions that she's using (let alone the fact that her natural hair is blond)? Most men say they like natural women, then they name their dream girl, and then you realize they may not be as natural as they might think...

I'm with you on the falsies, but what if someone with alopecia wears them? Is it okay then? Maybe they just like it. There are also magnetic falsies that are pretty cool with no glue. You can also get a weave. @men have no idea, you said it! I totally agree. I get complimented on my natural look sometimes. Lol. I get my hair coloured on the regular with three different blondes, done with hand painted foils, very thinly. Why? Because my natural colour is mouse brown with corkscrew greys and make my grey/blue eyes grey. My nature colour makes me feel old. The blonde tones make my eyes appear blue. I look friendlier and people respond to me better. This colour plan also hides my greys. Cost, $235 every 2-3 months. I have rosacea and spend $75 per tube of Hourglass foundation to soothe my skin and cover the red. Why? Because it makes me feel more confident and stops ignorant morons from telling me I "must have a sunburn" or am "shy and blushing". I also spend $60 every 3 months on prescription toner to supress the rosacea and stop painful boils/scars from forming all over my face. On top of that, I straighten my hair every day with a high quality straightener to tame my frizzy "Ms. Crabapple" hair. If I ever go out to the grocery store without doing this, security legit follows me! I also buy good quality moisturizers, neutral eyeshadow, concealer, eyeliner, blush and mascara. Guys compliment me on my "natural look" with all this going on. I don't do it for guys. I do it for me - so I can feel like myself and put my best self forward. It has nothing to do with insecurity. It's so I can show people the person I feel that I am inside. Vibrant, cheery, and put together. As RuPaul says, "We're all born naked and the rest is drag". :)

Thank you!

From a woman! I totally agree, natural is more beautiful and so is no makeup

Guess what. Women try too hard. I understand what you're saying but they still put fake shit on to make them look better. That's still fake no matter how you look at it.
