I'm not a huge fan of pit bulls, but I think any dog can be dangerous if it's not trained and socialized properly. I've read about tiny fluff ball dogs that became jealous of new born babies and killed the baby in its crib. Just because a dog looks mean doesn't necessarily translate to a dog that will be violent.

are just plain irresponsible. They don't care what is said about how they are more dangerous than other dogs, they are just blind to any criticism.
Most pit bull owners use them as a crutch for their own aggression and give themselves away with that aggression when they are called on their irresponsibility.
Not enough research has been done to find out what can trigger an attack , it can be pheromones that a person is giving off or a certain body language ... whatever it is it's always lurking in this breed of dog. Not even on a farm, I say.

It's obvious you haven't,and no- I don't even have any type of pit bull type dog.
