The police don't even show up for property crime in Surrey.

Then they claim crime is up and they need more money and more police....funny how that works.

What inconsistency do you perceive? They are saying that they are strapped for money and manpower. Under those circumstances, setting priorities seems perfectly reasonable.

When I got robbed in Van City the cops showed up. Took finger prints. After that?Nothing. I guess crime does pay right?!

Actually arrest a thief?! Why would a cop arrest a career criminal when it's those guys giving them ironclad job security and a gold plated pension?
