It happens all the time to very attractive people. If you truly hate it, I recommend that you learn to ignore it completely. Don’t even let them know that you know. Don’t let it make you conceited (after all, if you were lucky enough to be born with good looks, that had nothing to do with you, right?), and don’t let it make you self conscious either. Develop the art of looking through and not at, if it’s making you uncomfortable. After a while you won’t be so bothered and eventually you’ll grow older and it won’t happen as much. (That’s a whole other situation to get used to by the way!)

Was the guy on the bus staring at you? He confessed he enjoyed the eye candy and you confessed that you do not want to be the eye candy. What a wonderful world.

you may have social anxiety disorder. logically, you must know that everyone is just a passing thought to other people. but your disorder does not let you think logically.
