Does anyone say excuse me anymore?

It's a minor gripe I admit.
But when I'm riding transit folks just push their way past never taking a moment to be polite and say "Excuse me."
I guess I'm old school but I think manners are important.

I find most people have stopped saying”excuse me” or “pardon me” anymore. People have become selfish, self absorbed droids in recent years.
Agreed

No don't worry about being old school. Manners are important and the fact some people are impolite and ignorant speaks volumes about their characters. I just say it loud and clear.
well put

It's like nobody taught anyone these phrases. Worse are the ones who barely whisper this or who wait forever until you move, like they expect some psychic powers to work. For fuck sakes, use the language you are taught and say it: EXCUSE ME. PARDON ME. PLEASE. THANK YOU. YOUR WELCOME. Put this in a reminder, a post-it note, something.

It's not in everyone's culture to say excuse me.
Try a little empathy.

Or maybe they don't speak English yet and are still learning. Geez you do you and let others learn as they hear you!

Maybe you shouldn't be standing in the way? Maybe you're the one with bad manners?
