The ex's new love interest is a trashy lowlife. So I think they're perfect together!

Dan offers some advice on where she might find it.
You were sitting by yourself & you ordered a few Curry Fish Balls and a few deep-fried Spring...

People tend to have the habit of getting into the same types of relationships over and over again, so yes, it does sound about right.
How so?

What qualifies someone as a trashy lowlife?
Drug-dealers and gangsters are not so considered here, so I'm uncertain how it's defined.
For example, a very upscale waterfront municipality I just moved from last year, has an absolutely raging drug problem. A considerable chunk of the population drives very high cocaine consumption, among other things. Most of these people are parents, homeowners, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.
If they have bricks of this sh*t laying about the house, and tend to bang strangers in other people's houses when they're high (almost daily)... Is that trashy?
Not sarcastic, genuinely curious. I personally don't have an opinion, it's just not my scene.

Cue comments accusing you of being trashy yourself.
Like attracts like.

Presumably you thought this person was worthwhile in some way when you took them on as a partner. Are you a poor judge of character, or did they become trashy only after spending time with you?
Is it possible to slander an ex without raising questions around your own issues?
See I saw this
