How many people who spent the last decade “waiting for the bubble to burst” also spent it saving up a down payment for when said bubble finally does burst? My guess is not many. There could be a 50% correction next year and the chorus of housing affordability woes wouldn’t be any quieter.
...And cue the chorus of “but my life is so expensive I can’t affors to save!”
