All he wants to do is stay up late and eat junk food. He doesn't want to spend time with the rest of the family, brush his teeth or clean up after himself. I don't think this will change any time soon, because my 16-year old is a cat.

Most 16-year-olds are. Human ones, especially.
Not much there besides an interest in the basest of pleasures. And more of that for many years after. All at your expense.
And they know everything, better than you.
If you're really lucky, they may grow up to be reasonable, intelligent, independent adults someday. But just as likely not.
I don't do cats anymore (switched to big chill dogs), and have never wanted children (because my dogs are better in all ways).
Good luck with your spoiled, moody, gluttonous pussy :-)
Well played...well played

You baited out the majority of female posters here...mouse pointers hovering over the "thumbs up" hoping to get another shot in at men.
But then it turned out to be about a cat. And..... they gave you a thumbs up for the cat.
Very clever
Why I Dont Have Kids

I heard a kid saying to his parent "I don't like going to the park". Couldn't handle the backtalk.
Hmmm

If I ate only catfood, would I never have to brush my teeth ever again?
