:)

I deliberately sit next to people on the bus who take the outside seat on purpose. You are not special and transit is shared seating.

I am 6'3" tall and I need to sit in the aisle seat, otherwise my knees are up to my chin.
But I very gladly get up and provide access to the window seat.
So don't judge.

I do it too. I also ask people to remove their bags from the seat so I can sit. And I point out people who might need the special needs seats to the seemingly able-bodied people who are sitting in them. I stop myself at telling people to take off their damn backpacks or telling them to sit in an empty seat instead of standing and blocking it from someone's view who might want to sit in it.

Mr 6'5", you must have disproportionately short legs dude.
I'm 6'4" and I usually just stand because of the limited leg room.

I stand about six feetish and my torso is wide with broad shoulders. I cannot be cramped up at the window because it's easier for you to sit down. If you want to sit next to me then that's fine but you're getting the inner seat no matter what. Does it inconvenience me? Nope. Those newer air conditioned bus'....why is there no shoulder room at the back corner? I mean ZERO shoulder room.

I'm 6'3

And my knees are hard against the seat in front. Also broad shouldered at over 2 feet across,so if I sit on the inside I take up much of the next seat.
That's why I ride the bus 4 times a year

This poster sees people seated in a particular seat, and makes lots of judgments and conclusions about them. He must have X-rays capacity in his eyes to scrutinize brains, and the ability to read minds.
