There's a wonderful young woman at work with anterior pelvic tilt. Every time I see her, I want to kiss her bottom.

And if he's talking about Anterior Pelvic Tilt, he's an Orthopedic surgeon or a GP who is at least familiar with that area of inquiry!
Hopefully, said person he/she is talking about ALSO has a wonderfully symmetrical Lordosis accompanied with atypical ligamentous laxity in the coxa for highly congenial coital purposes!
