Just answer the feckin question!

I asked him to leave me a message to let me know if he wanted an item I’m giving away. I gave him the number to call. Typically, he instead called the other number, and didn’t answer the question at all. Just said that he had called. I say typically, because it was this type of manipulative behaviour that was one of the reasons I couldn’t take it anymore. Never answered a direct question, never did anything the way someone else wanted him to (he has to be in control of everything, all the time), constantly tried to “train” me as if I was a pet of some kind. Exhausting to deal with and ain’t nobody got time for that!

Nothing in what you wrote made me think he is narcissistic or manipulative. Some people just like to chill. You, on the other hand, seem obsessive-compulsive: perfectionist, easily irritable, paranoid, etc. Does everyone have to follow your orders to the letter? If you worked in customer service, you'd know that people never follow instructions; they're unreliable. It seems more that you two have incompatible personalities than something being wrong with him. Stop calling everyone narcissistic, and using labels: everyone has their own quirks. Jeez. You come across as incredibly annoying to me.

If you have to ask what the concern is you’re likely just like him, and as far as I know there’s no gender distinction between men and women when it comes to being a narcissist. Not that I said he was a narcissist in the first place......

If you are dealing with NPD, get out now. Head games will become much much worse. They only care about themselves and do whatever they want. Not your fault.

Talk about projecting! How did you get all of that garbage from what I wrote? I said he always had to have things his way, and that he was manipulative. Since you don’t know me and you don’t know him, you don’t have any idea if what I said is true (it is), and you saying that I should stop calling everyone narcissistic when I didn’t say that at all is evidence that you’re just triggered.
