Recently found out co worker is anti-vax

I was gobsmacked. Didn’t know what to say. He said ‘so what if my family gets sick, they’re not bothering anyone.’ I didn’t know what to say. What about those in our society who are immunosuppressed because of cancer, or young babies, or the elderly, or the fact that left unchecked, these diseases might mutate into something a vaccine eventually won’t be able to help, or the fact that there have been multiple worldwide outbreaks and deaths from preventable diseases like measles, even AFTER the original BS scientist has been discredited as a lunatic? How delusional do you have to be to believe that “Researching some stuff on the internet” = having a medical degree?!

Your coworker can read.

"How delusional do you have to be to believe that “Researching some stuff on the internet” = having a medical degree?!"

"What about those in our society who are immunosuppressed because of cancer, or young babies, or the elderly, or the fact that left unchecked, these diseases might mutate into something a vaccine eventually won’t be able to help,"

So you're delusional then? You just diagnosed a what if......

It’s shocking

At the time my kids were in school, parents had to provide proof of vaccinations before you could register your child. The absolute imbeciles that refuse to acknowledge the fact that study after study has proven that there is NO evidence whatsoever to suggest that vaccinations cause autism, managed to somehow convince the PTB to remove that rule. It’s unfortunately far too typical of the present day attitude of putting the desires of a tiny portion of the population ahead of everyone else. It’s disgusting and it needs to end now before we wind up with another epidemic.

Hmm...

I get the feeling you think controversy is intentional. Like there are people in the world who’ve chosen to pick on harmless little vaccines. Not unlike say water-haters or soil-haters. Anti-vitamin’ers.

Absurd, right? Who could possibly be concerned for things objectively good?

I get the feeling you think concerns over safety and efficacy of vaccines is because people need something to hate. So they indiscrimanently choose to pick on those oh-so poor doctors and their vaccines. Could have just as easily been the equally benign vegetable, zebra or giraffe, or my hedgerow of boxwoods.

But I guess if your living depended on people purchasing vaccines from you (where you are paid round-about for it through an economic jackpot called “the” healthcare system:...a dependency-turned-habit owing to the consequences of residency training and your intimidating student loan) you’d want to sit on your own impulse to look a little deeper into the downstream consequences of that which you are being paid to inject. Relying instead on the “evidences” offered up by your college to satisfy your pesky cravings for understanding.

As long as you live like a hermit on top of a remote mountain somewhere, your attitude may possibly be acceptable. However, given that you obviously have Internet access, chances are good that you’re living down here with the rest of us. That fact alone is the reason why you should be vaccinated. How dare you and all of the other ignorant and entitled people who feel like you put my family members who are immuno-compromised at risk? I see that type of behaviour as incredibly selfish and very aggressive.

People ask yourself

if a medical treatment
( hepatitis vaccine )
Is advertised on TV
Isn’t that your first clue that this is about making money and not about the interests of people’s health ?

Make informed decisions ! What are the adjuncts in the vaccine ? And what are the ramifications of those adjuncts to your body?

Lol at all the anti vaxxers here

The proliferation of information on the intenet has enabled people to believe they know much more than they actually do. On average, I think I’ll trust someone with an actual medical degree over your pseudo-intellectualism buffoonery.
