Thought we cared about the environment

So I'm going to run out and buy an Ugly Christmas sweater that was made by a child in India for peanuts. Marked up sold to my sorry ass and I'll wear it for one night while getting wasted. Yay for sustainability!

It is.

And it could happen. You might want to roll your kinks out slowly though.

Who really cares about the environment?

They'll tell you to have fewer children to reduce our carbon footprint, then they'll tell you that we need to bring in millions upon millions of migrants due to our declining birthrates.

Can make some money and get something to eat, better than starving.
And you'd be unwilling to pay $150 for it,if it were made here....

You can buy it from a thrift shop, and donate it afterwards if you don't want it. Also, these poor kids have little alternative to help provide for their family. These jobs are often better than nothing, and has helped many countries such as China out of poverty. Now, the countries are more developed and their wages are rising.

Me too!

People don't care about the environment...they care about feeling superior to everyone else. When you point out to a "green" how large their Carbon Footprint is they just about lose their minds.
