XXS clothing posts

I wonder how many people can actually fit into these sizes of clothes? I see so many items for sale on the FB marketplaces. Where have all the people gone who wear mediums and larges? Hopefully these people posting XXS clothing have gotten too fat and now need to buy regular people clothing sizes!

You must have been if you’ve failed to notice the massive influx of women who have bodies the size of 10 year old Caucasians..... The local stores stock most of their clothing lines to fit that demographic now. Their XL is what S used to be. As a size 4 woman, back before there was even size zero and 4 was very small, I was told by a store clerk in Oakridge mall (in very broken English) that I had “very large” hips. I was tiny by our standards but our standards have been pushed aside.

the great thing about life? DIVERSITY! That means all kinds of people with all kinds of bodies. No one chooses their body. Ive been skinny ass fellow all my life and I wear xs clothes. There is no 'regular' bodies you piece of shit, there are just bodies. Maybe your body is a big body, but that doesnt mean small bodies are irregular.

The majority are young ladies. Not middle aged woman. I'm sure you'd fit it if you were 19 too.

I'm a XXS-XS size. As a European immigrant to Canada, it took me a while to find clothes that would really fit me and I'm happy that most stores have them now. Everyone's body is different. I was bullied all my life for my small size while back in my home country and when I arrived in Canada, I was accused of being anorexic, even though this was not true. I'm in my thirties now and I just can't put on more weight regardless of what I eat, however, my BMI is considered within normal limits. That's just how I am and yes, there should be small sizes to accommodate people like me ( after all, we also have XXL-XXXL sizes and no one complains about it).

The point you miss is that because of the predominance of extremely small clothing sizes that are available now, the sizes that actually fit the majority of Caucasian women are becoming very hard to find. When an XL size is actually the same size as what a size S used to be, that means that a large proportion of women in Canada can’t find clothes to fit.
