I travel oversees a lot because of my job. I never miss Vancouver, but I fantasize about my own place on the Island. Even when I’m in Asia Or Europe I still dream about my Vancouver Island cabin on the water.

Better hurry. Here come the desperate Vancouverites driving up property prices. Even Nanaimhole has become outrageously priced.

I don't get it. What does travel have to do with fantasizing about real estate? You would miss it if you had it but you don't have it, so ...?

Everyone complains about Vancouver. You can travel the world and still miss home. I’m a flight attendant and it’s not about property. It’s about the romantic idea of travel, when all you want is home. Get it?
