A lot of us change jobs and careers multiple times in our lives.

I'm 33 and making a career change. I'll probably make another one in ten years.

If you're really struggling though, there's lots of help you can access through Work BC.

You'll figure it out eventually. Good luck!

You peak income-earning years are from 40-55. You might want to figure out what you want to do soon.

Doesn't matter what. Just do something.

Just pick a trade school, get certified, and even if you don't do it for long, that is, if life leads in some other direction for awhile, you always have something you can go back to. Once you've completed your licensing to do whatever, then use your free time pursuing a better future by inventing anti-gravity propulsion, along with a time machine maybe.

hey, me too! Apparently my sex and race don't allow me to be employed in my field in order to create a fairness for everyone else. Thanks life for letting me know that only after I finished graduate school! So I think it's about self employment, but the ???? of the direction is the problem...

Oh, that’s so sad for you! It must be awful to experience discrimination due to your gender or skin colour. Now perhaps you can comprehend the anger that women and people of colour have been brewing since...hmmnnnn.....forever?

" Apparently my sex and race don't allow me to be employed in my field"
Perhaps elaborate,so we can tell if you are just trolling.

I'm a young white straight male in the arts. So no, I'm not trolling.
@Anony: why is that argument always made? Like I couldn't possibly have empathy for disadvantaged people until I experience the same?

My advice

Just be a loving kind person towards yourself and others.
