Nothing comes to us easy, we need patience, suffering and humility to receive God's gifts for us. When we give, we receive back multiple-fold: Even a genuine kind smile, or a 'Hi!'/'Hello!' or wave of a hand or hand-shake of a stranger or a homeless person, simple gestures of Loving-Kindness give us encouragement to keep going.
