If you see someone doing & it bothers you or bothers you enough to go the Confessions here to rant about it.....well here's a solution....why don't just mind your god damn business? Are they hurting you? Is your day to day being severely affected in a negative way? Get a life & ignore what other people do around you.....you don't even know these people

Perhaps you’re one of those people that stares into your phone and gets butthurt all because people call you out for not paying attention where the fuck you’re going?

Someone going down a staircase staring at their phone isn't a concern? What if they, instead of watching where they're going like they should be, trip and end up causing an avalanche of people to fall down the stairs and break their necks? Tell me, is it logical for me to wait to point that out to their broken bodies? I don't think so. I think folks need to be more mindful in public spaces, especially when safety is a concern; folks can't be aware of what's happening around them if they're glued to their phones.

Far better advice would simply be to ignore YOU

This forum is monopolized by nosy, self-righteous folks who cannot mind their own business. Stop trying to control other people's behaviour. It will increase your life expectancy.

In fact, this phenomenon is hurting everyone in a big way. I actually believe that if something doesn’t change, our entire society is at risk. These people are completely divorced from their environment. They literally act like zombies. They can rarely look up from their phone long enough to prevent themselves from either causing damage to themselves or to others. They are incapable of socializing the way humans are intended to, and as a result we’re becoming a virtual society. This is completely against nature and since humans are a part of the natural world as much as we’ve done our best to deny that and destroy it, this scenario cannot work in the end. I foresee that we’ve begun the ultimate downfall of the human race.
