Google it, and then go outside. A lot.
This technique is even combined with visualization to treat PTSD now. Also to decrease anaphylactic allergies like peanuts. It works. Use it, before you become a shut-in. Which would almost certainly be catastrophic for your health and sanity.
You live in one of the safest countries on earth, despite the hysterics of your "if it bleeds, it leads" media-entertainment complex. Seriously, you need to get out more.

Even if you have to do mental gymnastics to convince yourself to do so, go outside.

You don’t have to interact with anyone and it doesn’t have to be for long.

Sometimes 5 minutes of fresh air and sunshine can shift so much inside of us.

Good luck, OP. You got this.

Are you agoraphobic? Is there a recent trigger for your desire to want to stay in? It's hard to know with only a post to go by. Im not sure if it's anxiety, depression or maybe low mood or agoraphobic tendencies or all of these or none.

Just start with small steps and work your way up. It could be just stepping outside and having a coffee and sitting on a bench for a few minutes, then working your way up to going around the block, to going for a walk around the block with a friend etc. Make small attainable goals, and don't beat yourself up. Is there someone you trust you can talk to and support you? Good luck.

I'm not gonna say I'm scared of going outside

I've done it before. But I have my preferences and my "wife" insists on certain "boundaries " so mostly to keep her happy I settle on the toilet
