Run to the hills!

Any time I hear a woman mention 'the one,' or 'prince charming' or 'my knight in shining armour' or something like that, I run for my life. I wish you the best, but you have expectations that I cannot live up to. Maybe I am lame and unromantic. Or maybe Disney has lied to you about what you should expect from a man.

“Some dude I’m fucking right now”? Some people (myself included) say those things sometimes to try to preserve some sense of magic and romance in an otherwise lame and unromantic dating scene. Doesn’t mean I don’t understand relationships are hard work or expect perfection from my partner.

:O Wow!

This is spooky, I just wrote one about my Disney experience with a girl I wanted to fuck from my gallant noble steed of little virtue. Hasn't been published yet. Wish I thought like you back then.

Or run for the hills when they want to tell you the meaning of their tattoo's.

Is that asking too much Sir Gallahad?

Yes it is asking too much, Princess Picky. Grammar Nazis are inherently evil, and people that are overly critical in general, are also a major turnoff. Whatever I do, it will have to be good enough for you. Don't kill my mood, and I won't leave you behind to be devoured by a dragon.

Who does that?

Unless you’re dating high school girls I can’t imagine grown women saying a guy is all of those things. It’s ridiculous. Unless they were saying it jokingly perhaps?

Yeah

I don't know any adult women who talk like this. Stop dating high school students.

Meh

Well, the upvotes are in and the verdict is...
Most people never finish high school.
We already knew that.
First-world problems are wonderful. Canada is so forgiving, large parts of the population can afford to exist in ignorance, delusion, entitlement, hypersensitivity and arrested development.
Oh, and also, hyperfocused egocentrism.
Before you all say it, I know where the door is.

A lot of women don't start maturing from high school, just as a lot of guys don't until they reach their mid 30's. Then of course some people never grow out of thinking that they've had all the answers in life since puberty. Such people never mature until the reality they built for themselves comes suddenly crashing down around them.
