I'd be the perfect parallel couple

I just thought about traveling to an alternate parallel reality to a world in which I was born a woman instead of a man because I would make a perfect companion for myself. I would always know what I'm thinking, and I would always be in perfect agreement with myself.

And you'd drive each other crazy, find each other annoying, pick each other apart deeply through fully knowing each other's sore spots and weaknesses, and quickly hate each other just as deeply for the very reason you think you'd make a "good couple": being the exact same in every way.
You know why you just hate certain people?Because they reflect aspects of you to a T. Think about that.

it sounds like you are saying you can "go f yourself"

That's what you would do, but I'm not you. I never nitpick at myself, or anyone else. When it comes to my struggles, I'm my number one cheerleader.

That's the most creative definition of narcissism I've seen in a while.
Also, the first hypothetical quantum-level-multiverse case of that psychopathology. Well-played, sir, well-played.
Me'hat's off to tha'dyuke.

Or hating yourself is a psychopathology, who knows.

All of the people proud of being "unique", they all tend to have the same political beliefs, for some reason...

People love their opinions. More than they care about anything or anyone else.
Nobody's that unique. Uncounted billions have lived on this benighted little planet. Whatever one's manifestation, there have been many likeso before.
For those enough like me, all were put to the sword eventually, one way or another. That being my own probable fate as well.
It helps to have grown up in a different (and much more afflicted) place. Optimalism is the only "ism" I have any use for, and death is not such a big deal. Helps me stay detached and keep some perspective.

You can't even go one day without taking personally an anonymous comment!
That cheerleading you pride yourself on doing would be there alright...that is, until one of you would make one "innocent" observation or suggestion. The other would rapidly get defensive and label it as nitpicking. Then...well..all hell would break loose.
That arrogance...that "absolute certainty" as you see it...well, any well-adjusted person can see the passive aggressive bickering this perfect couple would have with this attitude you revealed as your foundation.
Know thyself, dear narcissist. We got your number. ;)

Obviously you hate yourself, and you hate everyone that do love themselves. I'm sure that jealous rage has cost you more than a few relationships with all the people that are comfortable and confident being themselves. You hate it, and you wish to destroy it in others because you don't got it. It comes from Love. You don't have it in you, and you're incapable of giving it. You are a lost soul. Stealing it isn't going save you either. They know you're a fake.

Also, I would not get defensive if my alter self made a suggestion, after all it would be my alter brilliant suggestion, and one that I would have eventually thought of myself, if I had not thought of it at the exact same moment that my alter brilliant self did. Funny how you can call me a narcissist, but at the same time you can't seem to imagine me being different from you. Just because you're at constant odds with yourself doesn't mean that everyone else is. Some of us just have a better handle at life than you do. You need to grow up, because it's not all about you.
