Thinking of my exit

I’m contemplating on whether to leave my current job and go look for another one. The only reason I’m sticking around is because it pays pretty well but there are times when things get very disorganized. One supervisor wants me to do one thing and another supervisor wants me to do another. And I end up being caught in the middle of all this chaos. Wouldn’t it be better to work under the jurisdiction of just one supervisor instead of five or 10?

Apply to new places because you only live once. I wrote the long post yesterday about my job. I think this is happening to a lot of people and we should either ask for changes to be made or switch workplaces. We deserve happiness and respect. I was gonna leave today but my coworker talked me out of it. It's good I stayed so that I appear professional. I am a dramatic younger person hahaha.

Don't quit your job until you've found another one. It looks better to potential employers if you're already employed. Good luck!
