You find a guy you think is cute or sweet or somehow makes your work day less drab and you deem them your work crush. Maybe you chat with them every day. Maybe you just see them walking down the hallway. Whatever it is they do, they brighten your day, whether you have direct interactions with them or not. You don't want to date them. You don't want to sleep with them. You don't even care if they notice you, really. Yeah, gotta be men commenting because only men would immediately turn it into something sexual.
