I have a dream job. At least, it used to be. But times have changed, the company has downsized, the quality of our product has been diluted, and now I’m just going through the motions. Trying to get my ducks in a row so I can quit, but man those golden handcuffs are hard to wriggle out of...

do business with someone who says they're "Trying to get my ducks in a row". This was shortly after I had backed out of doing business with a guy who said he was "Trying to get my ducks in a row" (a wise decision).
