I see the advertisement at the bus stop: a $10 bucket of KFC popcorn chicken. That was always the cats meow. But I also don’t know if I want to do that to my body. I haven’t had KFC in at least 10 years. Do I trade my $10 for my 10 years? Marketing buckets of popcorn chicken must be fairly easy... it looks like crack.

you’ve done worse things to your body like eating any fast food like McDs, Subway, KFC, etc. Perhaps your dating a fool that takes you for granted yet you kid yourself it’s love. I’m sure your trade in value is not worth the ten years you’ve stated, more like a mechanic’s special, just need some TLC? Go for it, you only live once (hopefully).

Just happy with your $10 and use it towards good healthy whole foods. I avoid fast food any kind at all costs.

when I've been eating well for awhile that the fast food doesn't actually taste that good. Still, once every few yrs won't really hurt you.

Recently went into a KFC for the first time in years.
It was so salty, I threw half of it away.
I was very thirsty.

I haven’t had fast food in 7 years...MCDonalds was my go to, I will never touch fast food again, it’s an addiction for me and I know if I eat it, I’ll go back to my bad eating habits...not worth it!
