In order of priority

When someone sends an email at work where there are a number of recipients, I like to see where I am on the list. Did they type my name in first or am I last? Did I come to mind before the boss or before a certain co-worker? Where do you stack up in group emails? First person that comes to mind or the after thought?

Oh, I take it personally. So you better be doing it alphabetically, or that grudge is held.

I do mine alphabetical, for the exact reason that people like you exist and I don’t want anyone to be upset if their name comes last. I’m glad to know my reasoning is justified!

My emails come in in order of seniority. Department heads first, then managers then us peons
Too much social media

You sound like a shallow and vain person.
It’s meaningless

And a lot of people (me included) randomize the recipient order for precisely this reason. Now go play outside :)
I see what you mean

I used to work under a senior property manager ,who is from Eastern Europe, actually typed out who she personally like first and the ones she can less for are last. I thought it was funny.

i would rather not get emails. send a text or call. don't really like the internet much.
That's so important.

Well at least you're contemplating on something important. I usually just spend my thought processes on unravelling the mysteries of the universe, and other dimensional realms of existence.
