Always wanted a Motorcycle

I have always loved the idea of riding a motorcycle like a Harley or something but sadly I have terrible hand - foot coordination (I can barely manage a manual transmission) and poor balance. I rented a scooter one time in Greece and crashed it straight away... those scratches were there already... Anyway now I see they have these really cool looking electric motorcycles.. you don't even need a motorcycle licence and there's no clutch! my motorcycle fantasy may become a reality! oh, and they qualify for electric vehicle rebates! Now to find a leather jacket and over-sized mirrored sun glasses... might have to grow a handlebar stach too... of yeah!

Why 10 people gave you a thumbs down for your post. I've ridden (off & on) for years, in BC & SE Asia. If you want to do things right call Ron & Rusty Riders, or a similar outfit, explain things as you have in this post & he/others will give you the benefit of their considerable experience.

An electric, or small cc gas, bike will only be of use around the city, which is the more dangerous & less enthralling of terrains. Did you know that you can get larger cc gas bikes & scooters with auto-shift transmissions? Not trying to re-align your dream to my preferences, however, I can't think of anyone who didn't want "bigger" within a couple of months of first purchase of a bike of less than about 400cc's. Best of luck! An instructor can resolve your confidence & coordination issues, btw. Not in the business, but, after a number of years not riding, I met with Ron &, subsequently, he made me a better rider than I'd been in regard to low-speed manouvres.

just practice more on a real bike
it'll become your second nature in little time
then you get to enjoy the butterflies in your stomach when you twist the trottle...
