My 1st GS

I remember getting off thr trolley downtown to go to Kellys Records to get those new albumsI could afford with my allowance. On the way someone handed me a newspaper pamphlet. I thought it was one of those Moses David handouts and was about to toss it when I saw the name. On the way home I started reading it and have continued to do so ever since. That was in the 70s. Please donèt ever change your rebellious spirit. Tks.

Completely agree. I’ve been reading it since the early’70’s too, and there’s no similarity now to what it used to be. The PC warriors have infiltrated everything.

The GS has always been a left wing/liberal publication from the start, so not sure what you mean....its only most of the people who post here on the Confessions are posting right wight/I hate PC snowflakes & SJWs/Canada is a marxists country under Trudeau stuff, lol

I would say that historical issues like the one with "Happy Birthday LSD" on the cover are not really left-wing. At Berkeley during the free speech movement, both "right" and "left" held signs, for example, the "right" held signs that said 'fuck communism.' After all, everyone knows you shouldn't masturbate or say fuck!
