I learned this about recovery

Don’t waste your time talking about recovery and addiction to people who think it’s all about will power or lack thereof. It’s a no-win situation, stick to groups of your fellow addicts (AA, etc), your doctor, addiction counsellors. There is a lot of support out there, but beware those that want to sabotage you.

Sorry but it’s all about will power. There’s nothing I want more than to go on a bender and wreck my whole life but beneath that, the will to stop myself is even stronger. That’s how I stay sober.

Unless someone forcibly gave it to you

You choose the drug by the power of your own will, to administer it to yourself.

BS.
I know many people who kicked booze and drugs, by deciding they had enough of it and by having the will power to get away from that scene. And having the will power to not do it any more

... wills in 2019? Drug abuse is mostly caused by malnutrition, humans have no drug-seeking drive, but if they're malnourished...
And just because you're thin and have good skin doesn't mean your brain isn't wholly rotted from lack of omega3, the vegetable oil will give you enough omega6 for your skin barrier, but omega3 is required for proper brain function. It's why the Indians are so smart compared with white people, lots of fish.

And for good reason- we're all slaves to brutal manipulative nature. Drugs are God's atonement for all this wretched suffering called life
