It’s so hard to stop looking at social media sites of your ex, hopefully I’ll finally stop caring about them.

You should stop. How is looking up your ex helping you to move on with your life? It’s not healthy to make yourself sick and depressed. Have some self control and move forward. Good luck.

I feel really bad for some of you when I hear how your relationships end...My ex is my bestie, we talk and see each other all the time. I can't imagine not caring about them anymore just cause the relationship ended.

Just means it was real. It's okay for embers to glow into the night. Creep on but don't be creepy. The hardest and most important part is to remember that it ended for a good reason.
