Pfft, the Straight goes out of its way to remove anything offensive or even the least bit direct.
Telling people what you honestly think of their comment, or their argument, is not mean or negative.
As a society it is about time for a little direct honest opinion. We are far too gentle these days, which is enabling a lot of victim thinking.
