Gross government obsession

I find it gross that millennials love the government . They are maybe the only generation to blindly support them. I worry about them... poor children are in for a rude awakening once that government slowly strangled the life and freedom out of them and tax them even more.

@geez

You have heard of the hippies right? You know, the counter culture that defined an entire generation?

And its kind of funny that a demographic that enspired such a rebellion, has resulted in off spring that are complete followers, but thats neither here nor there. "A story for another day" one might say

Not sure if you know exactly what youre trying to say, but i do know youre wrong.

Millennials?

Do you mean the new generation? You mentioned “children”. Millennials are pushing 40.

Says who?

Really? I know several people of this generation and I don’t think they fit that generalization at all. What makes you think your opinion is accurate?

poor children?

30 years of neo-liberal economic policies haven't worked. Look at every country in the world that touts them and you will see a country with massive disparities in wealth, housing prices out of control leading to homelessness and drug addiction. Markets are up and but Joe bag of doughnuts has two jobs to make ends meet. Millennials are on the front lines, they will not have what their parents had and want change. They're willing to allow government to intervene. They've lost confidence in anything else.

I suspect you're older and got you're and probably under the illusion that you're a self-made person when you were born at the right place and time before those policies really came into full swing.

You never hear them complain about taxes or scrutinize the lack of freedom. It's all about more regulation with these children.
