How

No energy to do whatever the things a functional person does. Work, cook, socialize, read, clean.... never mind being create of having hobbies. After doing one, I feel the day is complete.

... your diet, especially phosphate intake and get your blood work done. Part of the problem is that BC MSP physicians are bassically incompetent, you show up tired and sickly, rather than test you for things like anemia, they just Rx antidepressants rather than ordering comprehensive bloodwork including ferritin.

Also, do you get enough protein? Basically, take the attitude that if you don't have some genetic problem, the problem is diet. Iron is a key mineral, the body cannot excrete it, and it evolved to guard it jealously. Women have a sex-privilege, in that they bleed spontaneously, which guards against high iron levels.

Half of this is also training, if you don't put in 12 hour days, you can't just start doing it.

What do you want to do that you're not doing?

Take it easy

I have chronic depression and when I'm down other than my job, I only do 1 task a day. On weekends, 1 social commitment a day. Let your loved ones know where you're at. Good luck!

Just give up
