Unconcious Genetic Memory?

I know things, and I know how to do things that I shouldn't because I never had any kind of training for these things. But I know some of my ancestors did.

Has someone been playing too much Assassin's Creed series? If that ability was real....would that be something?

As The Colbert pointed out, you don't get your mother's eyes and your father's PhD.
Some people may have a measure of intuition, and natural aptitude for certain things.
Memory is not heritable, else we'd all be born toilet-trained and fluent in one or more languages, among other things.

Like anything I guess. It'll come either like a reactive instinct or a natural talent. Your entire body is the genetic memory of your entire bloodline since the dawn of time. Your mind won't remember, but your body will. You don't need to learn it or think about it. You just pick it up and you start doing it. It'll just come to you like you've known how to do it your entire life. I didn't know my biological father growing up, but I have a lot of his personality traits nonetheless. Personality traits can come with your genetics, but so can talented skill.
Maybe there are certain creative or mechanical talents that are prevalent within your family. Maybe your ancestor was a medicine man or a witch doctor, and you've had moments where you've on gut instinct taken something to make yourself feel better with not knowing what the effect would be. Perhaps an ancestor of yours fought in a medieval war, and you could find an instant nack with a bow, a sword, a spear, or a mace.

Um. No.

Um. Yes. I'm doing things right now, I shouldn't know how to do. You can't convince me that I'm not since I'm doing them. I'm have a lot of fun doing them too.

If you enjoy doing something, more power to you. But competence is something else entirely.
What you have there is the Dunning-Kruger effect. Known in other contexts as illusory superiority.
Also, on the off-chance that you're The Donald, this is so incredibly correct and relevant for you.
You obv think you're leet, but others are mostly appalled. Assuming they survive, that is.
